Danica McKellar, who is most famous for playing Winnie Cooper in the Wonder Years, has become an author, but her book isn't about acting or life in Hollywood. McKellar graduated from UCLA with a degree in mathematics and has had a theorem that she co-wrote published in academic literature. I've never met the author of Math Doesn't Suck, but I'd love to buy her a drink and talk to her about Euler, Pascal, and irrational numbers. Oh yeah, and ask what she was thinking when she decided to do Path of Destruction.I'm actually impressed by the amount of work she's done other than Wonder Years, and she's started to get writing and producing credits. Clearly, she's a smart woman, and I hope she'll be a notable player in the industry -- and possibly also in writing more books -- for many years.

It's a dirty secret. I'm attracted to smart women. Especially ones that are as easy on the eyes a Danica McKellar is.
I totally understand and agree on both points. And she's got a new book coming out in August. I'll have to take a look.

Well i got here through google's image finder for WONDER YEARS and read the article and some others on the way. Thanks for sharing those too. I wouldn't bother with the book she wrote. I dislike math but i wouldnt mind a book about HER view on Hollywood.
Thanks for your comment. In a way, people who dislike math are the audience she's trying to reach, so perhaps you should give her books a chance. I don't know whether she's planning to write anything about her view on Hollywood, but I'll pass along those wishes. If I get a response, I'll post that too.
I find nothing more appealing than a woman who finds math a breeze. Math has never come easy to me and the fact that someone as beautiful and down to earth as Danica can make it seem easy just makes her all the more appealing to me. She's tops with me.
